- Restful Sleeping Setup: A queen bed for that unwind you deserve, a single bunk for extra space, and a small day bed if neededâplenty of room to stretch out after adventures. (Bring your own bedding and towels to make it personalâwe keep things sustainable and easy.)
- Simple Cooking Basics: Fire up the gas stovetop with provided utensils for hearty mealsâno fridge, but coolers are available to rent for $10 at Guest Services, keeping everything fresh without hassle.
- Indoor Bathroom Convenience: Flush toilet and running water right inside, so you can focus on the magic outside. (Onsite water is non-potable, but we provide a 5-gallon jug of drinking water to start, with more on request for a small fee.)
- Cozy Wood-Burning Fireplace: Locally sourced firewood included to warm those eveningsâthe crackle and glow turn simple nights into pure relaxation. Fees may apply for additional wood.
- Eco-Friendly Touches for Real Peace: Off-grid means limited electricity (outages can happenâno refunds, but it’s part of the authentic vibe that deepens your reset), and we supply toiletries and cleaning products to protect this special place. Water is sacredâso we encourage you to embrace the quick 3-minute shower or a refreshing river dip (at your own risk).Â

Reservation & Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically on your credit card unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. A 100% deposit is required for reservations booked within 30 days of arrival. All reservations must be paid online or through the Old Massett Band Office. Cheques can be made payable to Old Massett Village Council. If you have a status number, please call the office (778-702-0359) to make your payment. Please see the Contact page for more information.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received within the periods stated, cancellation fees apply as follows:
- Cancellations 31+ days of arrival: fully refundable, no penalty.
- Cancellations Between 30 â 14 days of arrival: a fee of 25% of the total cost will be charged.
- Cancellations Between 14 - 0 days of arrival: non-refundable.
- No refunds for no shows or early check outs.
- Exceptions are made for unavoidable circumstances such as BC Ferries service interruptions.
Electricity and Hot Water Interuptions
Interruptions to electrical service, or hot water, will not result in refunds, or discounts on the price of your stay.
