Rustic RV Sites (No Hookups)
Please note out RV Sites do not have hookups, so be sure to stop in Masset beforehand if you need to.
Reservation & Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be processed automatically on your credit card unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. A 100% deposit is required for reservations booked within 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is received within the periods stated, cancellation fees apply as follows:
- Cancellations 31+ days of arrival: fully refundable, no penalty.
- Cancellations Between 30 – 14 days of arrival: a fee of 25% of the total cost will be charged.
- Cancellations Between 14 - 0 days of arrival: non-refundable.
- No refunds for no shows or early check outs.
- Exceptions are made for unavoidable circumstances such as BC Ferries service interruptions.
Electricity and Hot Water Interuptions
Interruptions to electrical service, or hot water, will not result in refunds, or discounts on the price of your stay.
